Bin Eyesore in Town Centre frustrates local business

Waste bins belonging to private companies have been left seemingly abandoned just before one of busiest weekend for the town centre, after builders started work on a nearby building it has been alleged.
A spokesperson for the Black Cat MicroPub said;
“The builders developing the old Subway building decided that they didn't want the waste bins down Post Office Lane, so they dumped them outside the front of the Black Cat Micropub on Monday.
I've been on to the council to see if they can do something, but nothing so far. It's absolutely disgusting, and it's getting worse by the day, with residents dumping rubbish on top of rubbish.”
The issue has been raised just a short time after a significant amount of rubbish was left after the May Bank Holiday weekend around Marine Lake, which was attributed to a lack of waste bins
