Weston-super-Mare’s MP, Dan Aldridge, is to host a summer school once again this year after last years success.
Last year more than 40 young people from Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas attended a two-day summer school hosted on The Grand Pier which gave young people the opportunity to learn from leaders in tech, media, and business.

Dan Aldridge MP said;
“I’m really excited to be having my Second Summer School in Weston-super-Mare this year
This is open to students in Years 10, 11, 12 and 13, and it’s all about opening doors and creating opportunities for young people in our town.
We’re building the programme around politics, business and future careers, giving students the chance to hear from professionals, build confidence, and get a real insight into the opportunities out there.
I know first-hand how important it is to have access to these experiences, and I want to make sure young people in Weston get the chances they deserve.”
